Rose and Peter are an elderly couple in their late 70’s. Peter has health issues, which mean that he has to visit his GP regularly and go to the hospital for tests. The couple need regular help with transport.

Rose was given a LINk newsletter at one of the clubs she attends. She found a name and spoke to a LINk Core Group member who lived nearby and they passed on her query about care and transport services to a member of the Primary Care Trust, who was very helpful.

Rose and Peter have now both become members of Suffolk LINk, and are keen to vote in the next election and follow developments.
