Of late I have noticed that several important services have been or are going to be taken away from Ipswich hospital. Is this the start of a downgrading in services at the hospital?

Ipswich hospital should make sure it employs people that can speak English.

The complaints service at Ipswich is not very good. I think they are just ticking boxes and pacifying those who have legitmate complaints. We are the customers - why dont they treat us better? Why dont they investigate things? I had an operation but I had a problem a few days after being discharged. I was told to go to A&E rather than bother the consultant as it looked better on the figures.

The appointment system at the hospital is very inflexible especially when people have to work and they are self employed. And why are outpatient appointments cancelled when you are admitted for another reason? You then spend ages trying to get them reinstated.
